My knee stifness in the morning has been greatly reduced since using this balm. So far, I have felt the best results when using immediately after a hot shower. I think opening your pores can help promote better absorbtion? It seems to have a stronger effect for me…

This is my go-to pain balm! It smells nice, but the scent is very light. Kind of lemon-lime smelling. I love the formula, it’s so nice and smooth and a little goes a long way so it will last you a while. I mostly use it for sore muscles and basic day to day aches and pains, plus for my hands when typing too much at work. I carry it with me everywhere!
